Based on what the Psalmist says, all Believers should stop complaining. Because everything happening to them is part of God’s Plan, and has a purpose & objective

They mustn’t therefore doubt or confuse while the process of their betterment is on, instead gain clarity and make ‘giving thanks to God’ a habit. They may also be fully covinced that He isn’t angry rather busy working their good & unlikely to cheat.
